Reese Witherspoon, 35, is in a wedding dress whirl. After her engagement to Jim Toth hit the celeb channels last December, Reese began a shopping frenzy, including a trip to Paris to visit hot designer spots such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton. An elegant wedding requires a lot of fancy, designer stuff, after all.
But, reports US magazine, yesterday (Sunday) she couldn’t resist a visit to that LA mecca, Melrose Avenue, where she checked out Monique Lhuillier’s famous boutique to the stars. That’s where Carrie Underwood’s fabulous wedding dress was recently created. Will Reese Witherspoon’s be next? There is no word, yet, on whether a selection was made, and the actual date is still up in the air.
The shopping trip took Reese away from a special, casual weekend where she and Jim celebrated their one-year-together anniversary. They took in a rock concert Saturday night and just generally hung out together. Maybe a preview of married life?

Newly engaged Reese Witherspoon, who has had a string of high profile relationships with some of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors, admits that her friends helped her change her outlook on love.
“A good girlfriend of mine said to me there’s something you learn as you get older as a woman: stop chasing after men and start looking at the men that are chasing you,” she explains. “That’s a hard thing to recognise, but it really rings true with me.”
The mother-of-two also reveals that she’s finally got the work-life balance just right – and couldn’t be happier.
“It’s important to cultivate a personal life that makes you just as happy as your professional life and I work really hard on that. I have a lot of interests so your whole life isn’t just about making movies. That’s a dangerous place to be,” she adds.

Reese Witherspoon is getting some love from ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, who congratulated the Hollywood honey on her engagement to agent Jim Toth. “I’m very happy for both Reese and Jim,” Phillippe told the New York Daily News. “I wish nothing but the best for the mother of my children.” The “How Do You Know” star, who has two children with Phillippe, Ava and Deacon, is sporting a four-carat diamond from Toth. Meanwhile, Ryan has been staying busy with another leading lady: “Dear John” star Amanda Seyfried.

She married Hollywood actor, Ryan Phillipe in 1999, but split from husband Phillipe in 2006, after seven years of marriage. Witherspoon has two children,Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, with Phillippe.
Witherspoon is currently starring in the romantic comedy How Do You Know. Born Laura Jeanne Reese Witherspoon, Reese began her career starring in the movie The Man in the Moon in 1991, but made her big break in 2001 with her role in Legally Blonde. Along with acting she has taken on the role of producer for numerous hit movies like Penelope and Four Christmases. She won an Oscar for her role in Walk the Line.

Reese Witherspoon says a blind date blew his chances when he corrected her grammar.
The actor’s assessment of the date was reported in Showbiz Spy, with Witherspoon saying:
“I had someone correct my grammar on a blind date, and I knew in the first 10 minutes that the date was over.
“You just don’t correct someone’s grammar.
“I don’t know what I did wrong. I don’t know.
“I’m from Tennessee. I probably said ‘ain’t’ or something.”
Moving on from that experience, Witherspoon is currently dating Hollywood agent Jim Toth.
Reece, 34, admits she enjoys talking about relationships, saying:
“I’m literally the girl who talks constantly about relationships.
“I hang up with one friend, and I pick up the phone and call another one.
“It’s an ongoing dialogue all day long.
“I don’t understand a woman who doesn’t talk about love and relationships.”
Reese divorced Ryan Phillippe in 2007 and ended a high-profile relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal last year.

Reese Witherspoon has admitted she’s learnt some love lessons over the years.
“I’m just old enough now to know I know nothing,” the 34-year-old actress confessed.
Having been married to Ryan Phillipe (with whom she has two children) and dated Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese is now seeing someone who’s not so used to being in front of the cameras, Hollywood agent Jim Toth.
Reese, starring in new comedy How Do You Know, revealed: “I think when you’re young you think you know everything and now I’ve just realised anything is possible.”
In the film, by Oscar winning writer-director James L. Brooks, the actress has Paul Rudd and Owen Wilson’s characters vying for her attention. However in real life she says she’s never been caught up in a love triangle.
“This was a new one for me!” she said.

Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon and her beau Jim Toth were spotted being ‘adorable and affectionate’ at a halloween bash in Los Angeles.
According to a source, the duo were having a great time, reports people.com.
The couple drank Don Julio margaritas throughout the night and chatted with Toth’s work friends. For the Halloween bash, Witherspoon was dressed as a Harajuku girl while Toth dressed like a punk.
