Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon said her New Year’s resolution is to try out something new.
The newly engaged star is going to try her hand at either art or learning an instrument in 2011.
Reese, 34, told Etonline.com: ‘I think this year I’m going to take some lessons, I want to learn new things.
‘Whether I’m going to take art classes, or learn a musical instrument, I think that kind of stuff is fun.’

Reese Witherspoon gets angry in her new role as she films a scene on her mobile phone.
The upcoming film shot in Vancouver is a comedy titled This Means War starring Chris Pine and Tom Hardy.
The film follows two lifelong best friends that wage an epic battle against one another after they both fall in love with the same woman.
In other news Tom Hardy just landed a role in the next Batman film, most likely playing a villain.
